The Opportunity We are working with a Victorian state government department, assisting them to manage a large and complex portfolio of work and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to come on board in a contract position until the 30th June 2025 .
This is a hybrid role and will see you working in the office 2 – 3 days per week.
You will be working across a new project seeking to automate the ingestion of data via automated data extracts from the Cerner EMR to the PAS Connect system eliminating the need for manual rekeying of data.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience: A minimum of 5 years plus experience in project delivery as a Business Analyst A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Change Analysis domain Experience in preparation of change and adoption strategy Experience in working with change management tools and methodologies Experience in conducting impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed Extensive experience with documenting business requirements through various forms including user stories, etc Proven experience facilitating workshops with a diverse audience Experience in capturing business & system process flows, including capturing business process as-is and to-be states in process flows Experience creating informative and interesting communication releases, newsletters, and related marketing materials Experience working in government departments and/or related agencies is preferred Experience with the health sector is preferred To find out more about this role, please apply today.
