Position Overview
As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive change management plans that transform business processes, systems, and organisational structures. Your expertise will maximise stakeholder engagement and foster sustainable, best-practice outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Vision: Oversee project direction by adhering to change frameworks and managing interdependencies that align with business strategies.
Effective Communication: Craft and implement targeted communication strategies, ensuring timely updates and engagement with all stakeholders.
Leadership & Coaching: Inspire high performance through mentoring, coaching, and support to help teams meet their targets.
Risk Management: Conduct thorough change risk assessments and develop tailored management plans to mitigate potential impacts.
Training & Support: Analyse training needs and design impactful training and coaching plans to enhance readiness for change.
Collaboration: Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to integrate change management into the overall project execution plan.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Organisational Change Management, Human Resources, or Communications.
Experience: Significant experience in leading change initiatives in medium to large corporate environments, including stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, advanced written and oral communication, and the ability to navigate resistance to change effectively.
