Reporting to the Coordinator of Organisation Performance, you will lead organisational change projects, ensuring they align with business strategy while providing effective support to employees during the change.You will play a key role in advancing the organisation performance program of works, ensuring that change, performance, and improvement initiatives enhance our people, processes, and technology.
