Join the Integration and Automation Delivery Branch (IADB) and play a crucial role in managing the business readiness and successful implementation of new digital capabilities for Defence.

Your Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the business readiness plan, ensuring the seamless integration of new digital processes into the business environment.- Engage with stakeholders and define the change management process for deploying and integrating new capabilities into Defence operations.- Design and embed sustainment capabilities for Defence Digital Group and support capability realisation.- Provide leadership in the creation of change management deliverables, including Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analyses, and Change Impact Assessments.- Ensure organisational readiness and track project milestones, including Material Releases and Capability documentation.
About You:You are a skilled Change Manager with over 7 years of demonstrable experience in organisational change management, particularly in ICT environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and are adept at guiding teams through complex change processes.
