Join a prominent privately owned Transport and Logistics company in our Spring Hill Depot as a Change Manager. Oversee change programs to ensure smooth adoption, with minimal disruption, by supporting individuals and teams adapting to changes in processes, technology, structure, or culture.
Permanent full time position based in our well-established Spring Hill office  (some travel will be required)

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder analysis and business impact assessments and evaluate the scope of change, business readiness, and potential risks associated with initiatives.
Facilitate smooth transitions by minimising resistance and operational disruption throughout the change process.
Identify key stakeholders, assess their concerns, and develop tailored communication strategies to effectively convey the need for change and address their needs.
Develop and implement actionable change management plans, including comprehensive communication strategies and training approaches to support stakeholders.
Address and manage resistance by creating a compelling case for change and fostering buy-in across the organization to ensure alignment and support.
Ensure that employees and stakeholders understand the change, adopt new behaviors, and are equipped with the necessary tools, skills, and support for successful implementation.
Track the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Responsible and accountable for maintaining a safe working environment by reporting any safety incidents or concerns to the Manager or Supervisor.
Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in leading change management within large-scale programs, including the ability to create and implement structured change management plans that align with organisational and project goals.
Deep understanding of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step model, and Lewin's Change Management model, enabling effective assessment of the impact of changes on processes, systems, data, and people.
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with exceptional written and verbal abilities to convey the rationale for change, provide progress updates, and share outcomes across various audiences.
Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives while building trust and maintaining positive relationships.
Strong project management skills to plan, track, and execute change initiatives effectively, managing timelines, resources, and desired outcomes throughout the process.
Capability to guide and coach managers, leaders, and teams through the change process, ensuring that efforts are inclusive and consider the diverse needs and perspectives of the workforce.
