The role The Change Management Lead will deliver value to our customers by partnering with the business to plan and deliver a suite of corporate change initiatives and projects, specifically the Integrated Enterprise Management System (IEMS).
This project will replace four key technology services: Finance, Human Resources, Safety Management and Enterprise Project Management.
The role is accountable for ensuring the success of major organisational changes by providing expert advice on change management, project management and communications.
Management, monitoring and implementation of change related activities will be required to facilitate a smooth transition for staff onto new integrated technology platforms.
What you'll bring Skills to operate as change lead for people on major corporate projects.
A passion for and understanding of people and customer needs when delivering change.
Experience as a project coordinator/lead for large scale projects.
Ability to prepare and deliver project communications to a customer audience.
Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
A desire to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to enable and embed successful change.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
A post-secondary qualification/s in business, HR, or related discipline or extensive experience in leading change.
