The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) has an opportunity for a Change Management Lead to join our Regulatory Operations Division. If you have proven success leading change in complex transformation programs, we want to hear from you.

Our opportunity Fixed Term - 18 Months The Change Management Lead will support the Regulatory Transformation Program (RTP) by driving successful change initiatives which include the development and implementation of change management strategies that minimise resistance and ensure effective delivery of the key projects and functions of the RTP. This pivotal role will work closely with the Program Manager and individual Project Managers to drive positive outcomes for the strategic and operational work of the RTP.
Who we are looking for To be successful in this position you will have:
Change Management or Project Management Qualification (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in the development and implementation of change management programs.Demonstrated experience in project management within a government, compliance or regulatory environment.Experience developing work instructions and training manuals.Experience using Salesforce.What we can offer We value our employees and strive to build a work environment that allows our people to achieve their full potential.
