About the role The Change Analyst will play a critical role in the successful delivery of change for the People Plus projects. People Plus is a multi-tenanted human resources information system (HRIS) for several Health Services in the Barwon South West.
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, the Change Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the People Plus projects meets objectives on time and on budget by assisting departments to implement the systems into their normal operations.
Working with the Senior Change Manager, this role will work to drive faster adoption and a high level of proficiency with the People Plus projects.
The Change Analyst is responsible for planning and executing clear, timely and effective change and communication strategies and plans necessary to achieve the projects' transformation objectives, benefits, and desired business readiness outcomes.
This critical role will deeply understand our people, communication channels and system experiences by collaborating with key stakeholders.
