The chosen candidates will work in a team environment performing maintenance and engineering activities in support of aerial emergency response services.
They must have a strong focus on safety and customer service.
The role requires flexibility and working away from home base at short notice and offers competitive salary and an emphasis on work/life balance.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform daily, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customer-owned aircraft ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirementsDiagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues as appropriately qualified to ensure aircraft safety and airworthiness of aircraft and role equipmentSupervising unlicensed engineers, apprentices and/or contractors as and when requiredMaintain detailed and accurate maintenance documentation of all work performed.Support operations of emergency service aircraft to ensure effective response to missionsExperience Requirements:Diploma in Aeroskills (completion of educational requirements) Ability to obtain RAAF Base Access2 or more years of experience working in Australia as AMEDesirable Qualifications/Experience:AME B1.3 Licence preferably with no exclusions FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) LicenceField maintenance experienceWe would like to thank all applicants in advance for their interest; however, we can only consider applicants that are residents of Australia and legally eligible to work in Australia.
