Whilst post-IPO, you'll hold responsibility for subsequent reporting, investor relations, compliance and regulatory matters.You'll drive long-term financial planning and, in conjunction with the CEO, ensure continuing adherence to the company's strategic & operational objectives, including risk management, capital management, debt & equity financing and the provision of financial & commercial leadership for major infrastructure projects.You're an experienced senior finance exec, with ASX experience, relevant sector background in a capital-intensive environment (telco/digital/tech infrastructure) and preferably IPO exposure. You have an in-depth knowledge of public company investor relations, compliance and reporting standards. And you're equally adept in capital management and infrastructure financing.
