Suits experienced finance exec with prior ASX & IPO experienceRelevant sector experience essential (tech/telco/digital infrastructure)Broad remit, simultaneously operational & corporateJob OverviewReporting into the CEO of this scale-up, pre-IPO technology infrastructure group, this newly-created CFO role provides a unique opportunity to be a part of this innovative industry disruptor.As a core member of the executive leadership team, this role plays a crucial part in overseeing the company's financial strategy, preparing & guiding them through the next phase of growth.Specifically, you'll ready the group for imminent IPO. Whilst post-IPO, you'll hold responsibility for subsequent reporting, investor relations, compliance and regulatory matters.You'll drive long-term financial planning and, in conjunction with the CEO, ensure continuing adherence to the company's strategic & operational objectives, including risk management, capital management, debt & equity financing and the provision of financial & commercial leadership for major infrastructure projects.You're an experienced senior finance exec, with ASX experience, relevant sector background in a capital-intensive environment (telco/digital/tech infrastructure) and preferably IPO exposure. You have an in-depth knowledge of public company investor relations, compliance and reporting standards. And you're equally adept in capital management and infrastructure financing.
