Noosa District Animal Hospital is looking for a Full Time/Part time Vet Nurse to join our team. At Noosa District Animal Hospital, we believe that pets are family, best friends, and an integral part of our lives!
Since our establishment in July 2008, we have been the only purpose-built veterinary hospital serving the Noosa area and beyond. Our mission is to provide exceptional care, treating every beloved pet as if they were our own. We are seeking a full time/part time Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic clinic, providing outstanding customer service and patient care to our valued clients.
The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-level patient and client care and will possess a strong desire to offer exceptional customer service. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills, organisation, and consistency in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include: Supporting veterinarians in all aspects of veterinary nursing, such as anaesthetic monitoring, animal handling, IV catheter placement, and blood collection.Ensuring excellent patient care and customer service at all times, treating every patient as if they were your own.Maintaining a high standard of organisation and cleanliness in the hospital and kennel areas.Assisting with reception and administrative tasks as needed.Ideal Candidate Attributes: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) - Cert III nurses are encouraged to apply.Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.Strong desire to maintain high standards of patient care and customer service.Proficiency in general computer skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.A genuine love for animals and their owners.Apply Now!
