As part of the CEO Office at Cars24, your role is to provide executive support to our CEO and the leadership team and drive the success of the Cars24 expansion in Australia.
We have an ambitious goal to become the #1 place in Australia to buy cars online. This role is critical as a support to the CEO to develop strategy, team, and drive execution in the market. You will report to the CEO and will work very closely with the leadership team. The role is preferably based in Melbourne.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the CEO of the business in forming a view on key strategic priorities and executing on those.Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps, and help address them.Assist the CEO and the vertical leads in building the teams and processes where needed.Other duties as they emerge.What you should have:At least 10+ years of experience in a high-paced environment as a jack of all trades or a project manager. You may just be coming out of the consulting environment and ready to dive into execution.Passion for details and efficiency.Strong level of adaptability and agility.A self-starter and owner mentality.Excellent ability to collaborate with the team.Strong written and verbal communication skills.BenefitsA range of C-suite benefits on offer, which will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.

Pay: $180,000.00 – $220,000.00 per year
