Centre Operations Manager

The Victorian Government is seeking an experienced Centre Administrator to support the establishment of a new early learning and childcare centre at Eaglehawk North Primary School. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for all aspects of the centre's operation, including payroll, enrolments, attendance, and Child Care Subsidy. They will also be a key point of contact for families, greeting visitors and providing information and answering queries by phone, email, and in person.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the Early Learning Victoria central office to prepare the centre for opening.Provide information and support to families regarding enrolment, orientation, and general operations of the centre.Build and maintain strong relationships with families, colleagues, suppliers, and the Early Learning central team.The Centre Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre and providing excellent customer service to families.
