The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager to join and lead the team at Woollards Auto Body Works, Shepparton.
At Woollards Auto Body Works, we are a strong, close-knit team of 19 that work together to provide the highest quality repairs for our customers.
Our facility provides stable work opportunities for our staff and a positive work environment, along with ample staff parking.
We are easy to reach, located within minutes of the city centre.
Reporting to the State Area Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.
This permanent full-time role will provide you with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.
Role ResponsibilitiesProduction Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitably.
Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.Work Health and Safety (WHS): ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidents/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.Does this sound like you?
