About the Role
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children, implementing hygiene and safety practices.
Lead the team in achieving goals that enhance the quality of care and education provided.

Manage financial performance to achieve budget targets and ensure efficient operations.

About you
Proven strong experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
Strong experience creating and implementing a Centre Quality Improvement Plan
Childcare management software experience preferred.
A current Victorian Working with Children's Check
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
