Welcome to Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Inc. (APRDA), where we've been transforming lives through the joy of horse riding since 1981. Nestled in the stunning Coombabah Lakelands, we're more than just a centre – we're a community. We support over 135 participants, their families, and an incredible team of volunteers, all united by a common mission: to help individuals achieve their personal, physical, and intellectual goals through our unique equestrian programs.
A Day in the Life as a Centre Manager Lead with Vision: You'll be the captain of our ship, steering strategic planning and ensuring our daily operations run like clockwork.Drive Growth: You'll take the reins on securing funding, managing budgets, and expanding our NDIS services with fresh, innovative ideas.Enhance Our Programs: You'll hand-in-hand with our talented coaches to create engaging equestrian programs while ensuring our horses – and participants – receive top-notch care.Deliver Projects: From streamlining operations to managing budgets, you'll be the go-to for keeping our projects on track and our team motivated.Foster Our Culture: You'll be the heart of our positive organisational environment, nurturing the growth of our staff, volunteers, and participants.Care for the Herd: Our horses are at the core of what we do, and you'll ensure their care, welfare, and well-being are always a top priority.When & Where You'd Be Required

This is a full-time role, based at our beautiful Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Centre on the Gold Coast. You'll need to be available throughout the day, with occasional evenings and weekends, to keep our centre running smoothly and our community thriving.
About You

You're not just a manager; you're a passionate leader ready to make a real impact. With at least 2 years of management experience, ideally in the not-for-profit or disability services world, you bring the perfect blend of strategic thinking, financial know-how, and a love for all things equine. You're tech-savvy, familiar with NDIS standards, and have a natural talent for bringing out the best in your team. Most importantly, you're adaptable, innovative, and driven to create a positive, inclusive environment for everyone at APRDA. Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of equine management is a must.
