First Steps Learning Academy Beaumont Hills is a privately owned Long Day Care Centre catering to children from 0-5 years.
We are searching for a passionate, well-experienced, and dedicated Centre Manager to join us!

Be empowered to run smooth and efficient centre operations for all children and their families Be passionate about creating strong ties and relationships with families, local schools, businesses, and surrounding networks Enjoy building connections with and engaging local communities Coach and guide a team of passionate educators to best practice and oversee the highest quality of classroom curriculum Ensure our Centre is always immaculately presented and that all internal and external play spaces are fresh, age-appropriate, and safe Be accountable for key financial metrics including enrolments, occupancy, and centre operating expenses Have a sound working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework To be successful, you will need:
Minimum Diploma Qualification A valid Working with Children Check Strong understanding of Regulation/Legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) essential Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates Proven experience managing a childcare centre Strong team leadership experience Working knowledge of Xplor (beneficial but not essential) Be a confident and strong communicator If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to continue to strengthen your career in early childhood education, then apply now!
