What You'll Be Doing (And Loving!):
Leading a strong team: You'll mentor, guide, and support a group of dedicated educators, helping them grow and shine in their roles.
Building Strong Connections: Use your interpersonal skills to create warm and trusting relationships with families, children, and your team.
Manage the centre's operations, ensuring financial success and delivering an exceptional service. Your innovative ideas will help the centre grow and flourish.
Shaping the Future: You'll be at the heart of creating an incredible learning environment where children thrive, and everyone is excited to be a part of.
You'll love working with us:
Remuniration package $95,000 - $100,000 + 11.5% Superannuation per annum.

Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care ACECQA recognised or higher qualification
