By creating an atmosphere that seamlessly blends tradition with a modern wine and whisky experience, we will be providing a unique getaway for travel and wine/whisky enthusiasts alike.
In the state of the art facilities a Cellar Door Ambassador's role involves providing wine and whisky tastings, sales and showcasing unique and memorable styles of cocktails and mixed drinks using the finest Spirits, Wine & Fortifieds Morris are world renowned for.
This is a hands-on role which suits a highly organised, motivated, and proactive individual who works well in a team.

Requirements: Responsibility of daily setup, operations and maintenance of bar Develop new styles of mixed drinks & cocktails Assist in wine/whisky tasting experiences and sales Managing stock and orders with the Cellar Door team Accurately record tasting stock Adherence to all stated WHS procedures and practices Conduct your work safely, efficiently and diligently at all times Availability to work Thursday-Sunday and occasional evenings Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in a hospitality environment Effective time management and problem-solving skills Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Sales and customer service experience Mixology experience (desirable) Cellar Door experience (desirable)  If you are looking to build yourself a career in the beverage industry and would like to be a part of the next chapter at Morris of Rutherglen, please apply now!
