About You You have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1). You possess high-level skills and experience in mental health leadership and management in acute settings, including quality improvement and human resource management. Reporting to the Mental Health Operational Nurse Manager, the Nurse Manager Grade 3 will lead the nursing staff across specific Acute Mental Health teams. You will ensure the provision of safe, quality patient care and manage clinical issues that may impact patient outcomes using a risk management framework.
This role focuses on service improvement and cultural change to achieve better patient outcomes, sustainable access, and enhanced collaboration in healthcare provision.
