Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Nurse Manager within Mental Health Acute Services. This position allows you to expand your skills and make a meaningful impact on the Central Coast community.

About You You have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1). You possess high-level skills and experience in mental health leadership and management in acute settings, including quality improvement and human resource management. You have demonstrated experience in managing multiple teams with acute mental health services and optimising their performance. Where you'll be working

Reporting to the Mental Health Operational Nurse Manager, the Nurse Manager Grade 3 will lead the nursing staff across specific Acute Mental Health teams. You will ensure the provision of safe, quality patient care and manage clinical issues that may impact patient outcomes using a risk management framework.

This role focuses on service improvement and cultural change to achieve better patient outcomes, sustainable access, and enhanced collaboration in healthcare provision.
