We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager/Chef
Key aspects of these positions are listed below but not limited to:
Catering Manager

1. Must Have minimum 2+ years experience
2. Customer focused and driven, to provide excellent customer service, promote and advise venue events and functions to our clientele
3. Food safety Supervisor HLTSS00061 Auditee For annual food safety and GCCC
4. Food costs and stock control
5. Menu creation and costing
6. Cooking on some shifts
7. Bepoz POS and Back of house till data updates
8. Menu creation/ Bi yearly 4 week aged care menu/ Restaurant
9. Event and functions and Marketing and promotions and cooking of these menus
10. Rostering / recruitment
11. Food ordering and supplier management
12. Front of house and back of house Manager
13.. Current Police Check
Chef

1. Experience in Cooking Bulk Catering /Restaurant/ Café/ Lunch and Dinner style menus and venues advantageous. Minimum 2 years' Commercial Kitchen Cooking Experience
2. Can Work Clean, Fast and Efficiently in a Fast-Paced Kitchen, in both a Team environment however also possess ability and drive to perform unsupervised
3. Chef/Cook Shift availability predominantly Wednesday through Sunday our venue operates 6am to 7 pm, 7 days a week. Shifts are between 5 and 9 hours in length, approximately 30+ hours available.
4. Aged Care Experience with Dietary and Allergan Management knowledge
Desirable but not essential
5. Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (HLTSS00061 or willing to obtain)
6. Current Police Check
