About the CompanyJoin a leading Australian manufacturer and wholesaler of a large range of high-volume engineered products sold into industries as diverse as Construction, Retail Hardware, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas. As the largest company in its field, it has the resources of a public company with the flexibility of a private one. This significant enterprise operates 10 distribution centres across Australia, New Zealand and Asia as well as two purpose-built manufacturing plants in Asia.

About the RoleOversee a large and diverse product portfolio where you will leverage market insights, customer trends, and product performance to optimise product offerings, enhance profitability, and improve customer satisfaction.Support new product development projects from concept to launch through collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.Develop, execute, and maintain a comprehensive category strategy capable of delivering best value, quality, delivery and cost.Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders – internally to ensure alignment in strategies and execution of annual priorities and longer-term growth initiatives; as well as externally, as part of negotiations with suppliers.Provide input into the business budgeting processes.International travel (2 or 3 times per annum) is required.Skills and Experience:7+ years of experience in a high-quality category management or product / supply environment ideally in hardware, construction, engineering, FMCG or a similar industry.Degree qualifications in business, commerce or similar required.Analytical mindset and data-driven, strong Microsoft Excel capability.Diverse skill set with proven stakeholder and project management experience to coordinate complex projects across all levels of the organisation.How to ApplyClick APPLY or contact Michael Barry on ******
