Your Impact The Category Manager will develop and embed category thinking, insights and strategy across CUB.
You will identify growth opportunities and partner with relevant internal functions and external customers to deliver upon these opportunities.
Key Accountabilities: Partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales to ensure category insights and strategy are at the heart of decision makingPartner with Marketing/Marketing insights teams to assist in strategic innovation development & subsequent commercializationInitiate, develop and lead key projects to solve strategic category problemsInternal: Partner with Marketing, Sales and Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing to translate the category strategy into Joint Business Plans, category reviews, NPD engagement decks plus range/space recommendationsCreate and deliver category sell stories to our external customers that link our internal initiatives to external category growth opportunities (through Joint Business Plans, category reviews, NPD sell in plus range/space recommendations)About you: Extensive experience within Category and/or Account ManagementFMCG experience with major accounts (Woolworths, Coles)Ability to influence internally and externallyScan/Shopper Data analytics (Quantium and Summit highly regarded)Presentation skills – verbal and visualWhy Asahi?
