CSPD has recently centralised our casual management processes. Our 80+ schools work with 900+ casuals on a weekly basis to ensure we have the right people in the right places supporting the needs of our students. This newly-created role will support clearance and booking processes and will be a first point of call for school Principals, administrators and casuals as they engage with us.
Day to day this role will: Manage the casual pool within the casual management tool, ensuring relevant staff and casuals are utilising the tool and that system information and casual clearances are kept current.Collaborate to build a best-practice framework for how CSPD engages with casuals and how casuals work with CSPD.Onboard casuals and school administrators to casual engagement processes, providing training and support resources where required.Respond to stakeholder queries regarding casual clearance, performance and engagement, serving as a point of contact for school and system leaders concerning casual staff matters.Build insights into casual engagement and the success of current processes, analysing engagement and making recommendations to support decision-making and working to continuously improve casual processes.Provide expertise and guidance to school and system leaders in the engagement of casual staff, collaborating with People & Culture and cross functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations and integration of processes.Maintain the casual management tool to ensure optimal performance and accuracy, troubleshooting system issues and providing timely resolutions.The Ideal Candidate will: Have specific or transferable skills in casual or workforce management or generalist HR services - utilising HRIS or scheduling systems and reporting tools in their work.Have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster effective working relationships with stakeholders.Be a problem solver with experience in optimising business processes as part of their everyday work.The Benefits Be part of a high performing team with a great team culture.Work in an organisation that has a real social impact in western Sydney.We offer competitive remuneration.Hybrid Working model (50% in the office, 50% remotely).Apply today!
