From vendor management to financial processes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment, coordinating conferences, and providing general administrative support to the contract administrator.Overview of the role:Provide exceptional customer service to meet on-site client expectations.Assist in vendor management by ensuring subcontractors perform to required standards and inspecting vendors' work.Support financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial management requirements.Coordinate conference room bookings and prepare conference rooms for meetings, including ordering catering as required.Perform weekly consumables order, receive and store items, and provide receipts to the appropriate department for record-keeping.Oversee site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy.Organize specialty cleaning as required.Provide administrative support to the contract administrator to assist staff in obtaining and maintaining security clearances.Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed and support the property risk management program.Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.Adhere to JLL's business conduct standards by ensuring compliance with guidelines, procedures, and strategies.Sounds like you?
