About The opportunity:

As a Registered Nurse, you will work in partnership with a number of individuals and professionals to ensure the health & clinical needs and informed choices of residents are met, as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent's Care Services Arundel.

We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to residents' individualised needs, preferences, and choices and are committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.
Minimum Requirements:

Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential
2+ years' nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regarded
Must be available to work shifts on a flexible basis
Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with the ability to maintain excellent records
Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with the ability to follow the care plan
National Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
