Reporting to the Staff Member in Charge (SMIC) of Netball and the Carey Head of Coaching & Performance, you will play a key role in the mentorship of players.
You will also oversee and contribute to the development of the netball program.
The Average Day: Attend and coach all pre-season and mid-week training sessions, APS Saturday games and practice matches Create a progressive training program for player and team development Maintain a safe environment, promoting student well-being Manage equipment for training and matches Create and distribute communications to relevant stakeholders Ad-hoc administration as required The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate sporting teams Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills First Aid and Anaphylaxis certification Netball Australia accreditation Coaching accreditation certificate (Minimum level 2) A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
