Casual Customer Service Administration Officer

As the first point of contact for customer calls and face-to-face enquiries, you will provide a level of service that exceeds expectations.
You will be a part of actively promoting Council services to the community, ensuring information is provided in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
Supporting a team of professionals, you will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the Council's office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall goals and objectives of Council's Customer Service Standards.
You will have:
Previous experience in the customer service sector; either customer-facing or over the phone.A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to learn new programs and software quickly and efficiently.Proven written and verbal communication skills.Ability to contribute to a team environment as well as operate alone when needed.This role is rewarding, dynamic, and it can be challenging.
All training is provided by experienced and enthusiastic team members and leaders.
