From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.As a case manager you will be required to provide case management support, in both a community and residential based setting, that assists people to achieve housing stability, experience improved social inclusion and achieve a level of self-mastery that will enable them to sustain tenancy and lead their best lives.This role is to provide person-centred case management incorporating resilience, trauma informed and strengths-based practices whilst working effectively with other members of the team to provide a comprehensive service that reflects the vision, mission and values of The Salvation Army.Reporting to the Regional manager this role is based in Ashmore, max fixed term position.
