Program Overview Anglicare North Queensland is seeking a case manager for its Community Recovery - Jasper program. Through its Mobile Support the Community Recovery Team works with disaster impacted community members across a large geographical catchment area in its community engagement work. The team works to support disaster impacted communities in their recovery efforts through a collaboration of community partnerships providing human and social support to assist the emotional, social and physical wellbeing elements relating to the on-going recovery from Tropical Cyclone Jasper impacts.
To Be Successful You Will Need Proven case management experience using a holistic and client centered approach to managing your case load. Extensive experience working in government funded programs with strict budgetary and contractual requirements of service.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, community organisations, and other service providers to provide efficient and effective services to clients.  Knowledge of organisational programs, policies and operations.  Industry relevant qualifications or relevant industry experience.  Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, families and communities will be highly regarded Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds will be highly regarded Compliance A current QLD Drivers Licence 'Class C' or interstate equivalent.  Blue Card (Working with children card) A current national police check (within the last 3 months) Current First Aid & CPR certificate What We Can Offer You Competitive hourly rate Salary packaging available during contracted period.  Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Access to a large variety of discounts through our HRIS benefits Diversity and inclusivity are important to Anglicare NQ and we are committed to ensuring our workplace and services reflect this.
