About The RoleAs our Glenvale Care Manager, you will work as part of a team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals. You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
