You'll provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns. This includes:Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plansComprehensive and accurate assessment of residentsAssisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional developmentSupport in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standardsWhat makes a difference for us?You'll be an experienced nursing clinician, with previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Clinical Nurse within a health, community or aged care environment.
