We are seeking a flexible Care Coordinator or an experienced Carer seeking a new challenge.
Working 20 hours a week in Nailsworth
Salary between
£24,000 (Pro Rota) based on a 40 hours a week (£12,000 per annum)
£26,000 (Pro Rota) based on a 40 hours a week (£13,000 per annum)
As part of a small team, you will be responsible for coordinating care calls in the Nailsworth area. (Job share 2 part-time coordinators cover the Nailsworth area)
Main Responsibilities

An essential part of your job role is to provide care to our clients when required.
You will need to be available to work flexibly to ensure that the service is covered.
Accepting new packages from a variety of referral routes.
Building professional links and growing HHC's local profile and client base.
Monitor and review Care Plans to ensure a quality of service delivery.
Scheduling of Domiciliary Carers' rotas to ensure high quality of care is delivered.
You will be the main point of contact for the Nailsworth office.
Liaise with Healthcare Professionals, clients, and their families.
Liaise with the Recruitment Team regarding capacity and availability.
Support with the day-to-day running of the branch.
Ensure that the organisation is compliant with all requirements of CQC.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Forward planning for training days for care workers to ensure the company is compliant.
Take part in the on-call rota for Nailsworth.

Essential Requirements

Must be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
Experienced in delivering Domiciliary Care.
Good Communication Skills.
Ability to build and manage a small team.
Experience in providing guidance and support to care staff.
Ability to complete Care Assessments.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Driving Licence and Car are essential for this position.

Desirable Requirements

Experience as a Domiciliary Scheduler or Care Manager.
Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent. NVQ Training available.
