About the role:
The role of a Car Care Consultant involves selling Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products to new and used car buyers. You will be liaising with the sales team during your time at the dealership, managing the profit of the car care department, and providing excellent customer care at every opportunity. This role reports to the Dealership Principal and your duties will include:
Promoting the benefits and providing accurate advice on car care productsResponding to all aftermarket enquiriesMaximising sales to achieve set targets and KPIsMaintaining an up-to-date sales logOperating cohesively with all departments throughout the dealershipProviding post-sale customer supportAbout you:

Experience with working toward and achieving KPIsHas a passion for sales and customer serviceHas excellent communication and negotiation skillsCan work independently and as part of a teamIs driven to achieve targetsIs well presented, highly motivated and reliableIs well organised with attention to detail and accuracyHas a current Driver's LicenseIs available to work a half day on SaturdaysCulture:
