About the OPPORTUNITIES We currently have an opportunity for a Capture Team Lead (Autonomy), ideally based at our Melbourne Offices, however we would consider strong candidates from other States. The Capture Team Lead (CTL) is responsible for winning business by leading the capture strategy, ensuring effective communication with senior leadership, and driving the transition from capture to contract.

You will be responsible for: Developing and executing the Capture Plan in collaboration with the Program Manager, proactively engaging with stakeholders and potential customers in coordination with Future Business activities.Leading qualified market capture activities, including responding to RFIs and RFPs, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.Shaping capture strategies and marketing materials using insights from the Business Development team and broader business, developing external engagement strategies, and creating briefing materials for meetings with stakeholders and internal leadership.Collaborating with teams and leading capture-specific stakeholder engagement, competitor intelligence, and identifying co-development opportunities to drive innovation and enhance market positioning.Driving the Capture team to develop differentiated customer-focused solutions and win strategies based on business winning processes and analysis of customer issues and an assessment of competitors' potential solutions.About YOU Significant Business Winning experience and a substantial understanding of business winning behaviours, processes, procedures, and industry best practices.Australian Citizen, eligible to obtain and maintain a defence security clearance (Essential).Ability to translate Business Strategy into action and create winning solutions and output for the business.Ability to develop, motivate, and manage a team.Demonstrable understanding of the Defence Domain.Outstanding communication skills and strong leadership experience.Tertiary qualification in a relevant business-related subject.We believe in hiring for potential.
