Assisting in planning, budgeting, and tracking of Capital Works Upgrade Funding.Monitoring and triaging emails promptly.Handling phone inquiries and delegating as necessary.Managing and recording data of funded projects.Providing project administration support to branch and affiliate centres.Offering administrative support to the facilities and grants teams.About YouOur ideal candidate will bring sufficient experience in a similar role and strong administrative knowledge. You will be a problem solver and will strive to provide outstanding customer service to C&K employees and also:Knowledge and understanding of government funding and its application.Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure project management.Extensive experience managing projects from initial scope definition through to successful completion.A general understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).General understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF).C&K will cover the initial and renewal costs of a Blue Card and Police Check for all permanent and fixed term contract employees prior to the commencement of their duties.Why C&K?Every C&K career helps children belong and grow.
