As the Capability & Leadership Manager you'll play a key role in shaping our career development and leadership framework. This is a permanent full time position based at either our Cooma, Sydney or Melbourne offices.
In this role, you will: Lead the development, implementation, and upkeep of a comprehensive capability framework that aligns with strategic objectives, identifies key skills and behaviours, and promotes internal mobility and succession planning.
Partner with the Head of Talent & Capability and business leaders to execute a leadership strategy. You'll design, deliver, and evaluate leadership programs, new manager training, and 360-degree feedback initiatives, ensuring that our leaders are well-prepared for the future.
Facilitate programs that support emerging leaders through mentoring and coaching, creating clear pathways for career advancement.
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the capability framework is in sync with industry best practices and the evolving needs of our business.
What we're looking for: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing leadership programs and capability frameworks.
Strong knowledge of current trends in leadership, learning and organisational development
Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with an ability to inspire leaders at all levels.
Analytical and problem solving-solving abilities, especially data interpretation to inform decision making.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate organisational goals into actionable leadership initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong stakeholder relationships.
