Your New Role
The Canteen Supervisor, under the supervision of the Principal, is responsible for operating the school canteen with the assistance of volunteer helpers. The main aim of the canteen is to provide and promote a variety of nutritious foods for students and staff in accordance with the Health Schools Canteen Guidelines.

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise professionally with various internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated willingness to work collaboratively Ability to manage daily canteen operations Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures (Food Handling or Safety Supervisor certification required or willingness to train) Ability to work with students and manage canteen finances Capacity to manage canteen volunteers Willingness to work with school leadership and staff Adherence to school policies Current NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Successful Candidate to undergo a National Criminal History Check and Functional Assessment Experience in hospitality and food service Knowledge of NSW Schools Canteen Guidelines What is next?
