Our Healthcare team in the Gold Coast is on the hunt for an additional team member to help support & service our rapidly growing list of clients!
Joining a close-knit Gold Coast team and a passionate & collaborative national team, you will report into the Business Lead - QLD who is a seasoned Healthcare Consultant with an eagerness to share their knowledge.
The Role Actively source, screen, and talent pool potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, database, etc,) Build & maintain strong relationships with nursing professionals, providing exceptional candidate care and experience.
Supporting Consultants with the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding & compliance management.
Stay up to date with industry knowledge and provide new business leads to Consultants.
Ensure that all temp/contract staff adhere to relevant compliance requirements, including right-to-work checks, police clearances, and professional registrations.
Support management by identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks to protect agency & clients.
