Job Description As the Candidates Communications Specialist, you will develop and implement communication strategies designed to engage candidates interested in joining the Australian Defence Force. You will create clear, compelling messaging that aligns with ADF Careers recruitment goals and enhances both the overall branding and candidate experience.
You will: Support and help drive the initiation phases of candidate communication care project.Develop and write communication that resonates with our candidates that is concise and connects in an engaging manner with a clear call to action, ensuring understanding of message actions.Collaborate with recruitment teams and other key stakeholders to create cohesive messaging that aligns with our branding and objectives.Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of communication initiatives.Support the recruitment team in developing strategies to attract diverse candidates and enhance their experience.Analyse the effectiveness of candidate communication strategies and adjust as necessary to optimise engagement.Liaise with key stakeholders, understand and implement project requirements.Candidate's Profile If you have worked in a similar position or are just looking for your next opportunity that will make an impact, we want to speak with you.
