About the role Join a vibrant, high performing team within the successful NSW Sales Team.
This is an entry level role in the dynamic and exciting NSW Sales team at Are Media for someone who has a fantastic attention to detail, who is extremely organised and can work at pace. As a Campaign Executive you will support a team with clients and media agencies; working with many stakeholders across the wider advertising team to ensure client deliverables are met for seamless and successful campaigns.
Reporting into the Group Business Director, you will liaise internally across many departments including brand, creative, commercial content and production. This role will contribute to the overall success of the team and the business. By providing the sales support to the account managers and Group Business Director, you will enable your team to be out in market, respond to briefs and cultivate client relationships to secure the revenue required to hit budget.
Duties Simultaneously manage and track deadlines and campaign deliverables across a portfolio of clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes Timely and professional day to day contact via phone and email with key client contacts to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns. Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders to manage and optimise campaigns. Complete post campaign reports in a thorough and timely manner Skills and experience A professional and courteous can do attitude Be able to simultaneously work across multiple projects Good relationship building skills Are Media is committed to a diverse, respectful, collaborative & inclusive workplace.
