Central Adelaide Local Health Network Statewide - SA Pathology Salary: ASO2 - $57,842 - $62,221 (p.a.)+ Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice BenefitsAdelaide SA, 5000Full Time, Contracted Role up to 31 Aug 2025About the role Provides a range of customer service activities including the provision of a telephone answering service; the provision of a friendly, efficient and effective telephone result enquiry service; receipt and routing of requests for courier pickup and delivery services; and the provision of a general enquiry service.
About you Excellent telephone manner and the ability to handle a large number of telephone calls.Ability to work under limited supervision.Proven experience in providing a quality customer service in a busy environment.Knowledge of customer service issues.About us Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
