Responsibilities:1. Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to our CRM software.3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.4. Document all client interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.5. Identify opportunities for product improvements and relay feedback to the development team.6. Assist with client onboarding and product training as needed.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.2. Proven experience in customer support or client service.3. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS solutions is a plus.
