Call Centre / Customer Service Assistant

About the role: We are wanting to reach out and extend our support to the Ukrainian families affected by these current events. An opportunity now exists to join our customer service team based at our head office. Servicing both the major retailers as well as the traditional corner delis and cafes, our Customer Service Centre performs a crucial role in ensuring our customers and consumers can continue to enjoy our delicious products. Providing a friendly and welcoming environment, our Customer Service Team are looking for bright and motivated individuals to join them
Your core duties will include: Receiving, processing and recording customer orders taken over the phone, internet or fax;Allocating stock and providing confirmations to customers;Receiving varied customer enquiries using set scripts and processes;Receiving and redirecting external phone calls and confidential faxes to relevant departments;Supporting other departments by providing general administrative assistance from time to time.Preferably we are looking for full time, part time or casual staff depending on your individual needs. We will provide full training for Ukrainians who are transitioning into the Australian workforce.
About you: To be successful in this role, you will need great communications skills with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
