What you will be doing: Coordination of controlled documentation within the companyAssist subject matter experts to create documents.Assist in supporting external audits engaged by HSE.Supports user requests for documentation and train users in Digital Safety Management System (SAI360).Maintains quality records per applicable SOPsSupport relevant HSE incident investigations as requiredPrepare HSE Purchase Order requestsMonitor compliance training for non-conformanceSupport implementation of projects in the Sea Swift Safety Transformation PlanUndertake EOM reporting including but not limited to:HSE IncidentsDrug and Alcohol TestingLead and Lag Indicators.Executive HSE KPI'sWhat skills are required: Experience in Document Management Systems.Experience in Event Management and Training Systems.Current driver's licenceDemonstrated knowledge of Quality systems and document management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsWritten and verbal communication skillsTeam player with collaborative approachAdministration and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detailYou must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role.
