Cafe Supervisor for a good causeWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our cafe enterprises including the Eastern Hub. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a positive impact by supporting the professional growth of employees, including those with support needs. The position offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work with a team committed to quality service and community inclusion.
You will also use your skills and experience to support our support workers currently working with us - helping them enhance their skills and confidence through training and mentorship.
Working hoursThe shifts are 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays if it's an extra shift could be 7am - 1pm or 9am - 3pm. This can change depending on business needs, happy to discuss this further with you!
