What You'll Do:

Manage daily café operations, ensuring top-notch service and quality.

Collaborate with Chefs to create exciting menu offerings.

Plan and execute special events and functions.

Handle purchasing and pricing of goods while adhering to budget constraints.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with health regulations and keep the dining area clean and inviting.

Engage with customers to gather feedback on their dining experience.

Recruit, train, and supervise both waiting and kitchen staff.

Manage reservations, greet guests, and assist with orders.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within the hospitality sector.

Additional relevant qualifications are a plus.

Strong leadership abilities and team motivation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal talents.

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.

Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
