Cafe Manager - Part Time

Signature Care is looking for an experienced Café Manager to run our in-house café located inside Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care.
The Café is the hub of our beautiful new Aged Care Residence providing a welcoming space for Residents, families, employees and locals.
This will be your opportunity to build a business while enjoying the security of employment within an established business.
We are looking for someone with:

a warm and engaging personality
experience in a café environment
enthusiasm to develop a business

In this role, you will:

provide a warm and welcoming café environment for Residents, visitors and employees
increase loyalty and boost the café's reputation through the provision of excellent menu items and service
develop menus to reflect the seasons and customer preference
train new employees and provide on-going training to all café team members

To work in an aged care environment, you must be able to provide:

evidence of three COVID vaccinations
a police check showing clearance to work with vulnerable people
the right to work in Australia
