Cafe Manager, Mildura

We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to join a new cafe opening in the Mildura region.
A funky venue with a family-friendly vibe, and an Asian-inspired cuisine.

Duties include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment Maintaining a strong relationship with staff and customers Managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times Experience:
Be a capable café all-rounder that can easily do all the key roles in a café: barista, customer service, and food handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A can-do work ethic with the ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team Previous experience in a similar role Summary of role requirements:
