Cafe Manager

Experienced hospitality professionals are encouraged to apply to join our team as Food and Beverage Manager at Toast Pambula.Winner of Best in Hospitality in the 2023 Bega Valley Business Awards, Toast is a 7-day licensed café, highly regarded for its contemporary menu, specialty coffee, and great customer service.This role is fulltime with occasional evenings and offsite work required.You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the cafe, manage communications between front and back of house, and provide leadership to the customer service team.Skills and experience required include: Experience managing baristas and Front of House Attendants in a high volume café environment Demonstrated leadership skills Experience training a front of house team including baristas Hospitality administration experience including POS and roster management Experience managing a wine list and working in a licensed venue Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position A Diploma qualification or three years of recent hospitality management experience is required, as well as 2 recent references.Remuneration offered based on experience.Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected start date for role: 01 August 2024 To apply, email your cover letter and CV to ******
